The mental health of the black population is affected by several psychosocial factors, and until now there has been little research focused on interventions that are culturally adapted to their needs. Therefore, this study aimed to identify and describe the main cognitive-behavioral interventions for the black population and their impact on mental health. To this end, an integrative literature review was carried out, using the Pubmed, BVS and Scielo databases, searching for studies published in the last five years, and six articles that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected. The results indicate positive outcomes in the use of culturally adapted CBT interventions for the black population, contributing to better engagement and identification with the therapeutic process. All studies were published in English, highlighting the limitation of publications adapted to the Brazilian reality, and the need for more research on the subject.
