This paper presents some reflections on the importance of the union between family and school, and how this relationship influences learning. It aims to understand this reality in order to seek guidance that can strengthen this bond between the two spheres, which are fundamental pillars in an individual's learning. The work reports on the participation of parents in parent-teacher meetings and the importance of this relationship in student learning. The choice of this theme arose from the desire to better encompass the importance of the relationship between family and school and to reflect on the roles that each plays in education. The family is primarily responsible for the individual's education; the school's role is to assist the family in this process. The objective of this work is to portray the importance of this relationship for the educational process, demonstrating that this bond stimulates the learner to learn. The content focuses on family and school, and how to encourage partnership between these two spheres. The results show that the bond between these two spheres contributes significantly to the educational process.
