Creating new modules and improving the application and methodology of the employment form on the distance learning (EAD) platform of the Military Police of Paraná (PMPR), which uses the distance learning software known as Moodle (Modular Objected-Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment), is essential to modernize the organizational structure and build continuous training and updating for military personnel and develop talents within the Institution. The current platform requires management to be complemented and offer modules in several areas within the Corporation. The EAD system allows its users to access several modules at any time, regardless of geographical barriers, adapting to the individual needs of military personnel. The objective of this study is to create new modules within MOODLE, standardizing specific courses for military police officers who work or will work in administrative functions of Military Police Organizations, such as people management, justice and discipline, planning, logistics, finance, education and social communication, among others. Such creation will contribute to the better development of new or recently admitted members of administrative sections of the General Staff of Military Police Units, allowing them, at the beginning of their functions, to take the courses quickly, without additional costs to the State. The article also aims to mitigate some of the weaknesses identified in the Ordinance of the General Command No. 682, of June 12, 2025, which approves the Strategic Planning of the PMPR.
