Abstract

This article aims to analyze the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the Brazilian legal field, training needs, and future prospects. The research investigates how AI tools are being implemented in different legal sectors, the main challenges faced by professionals during this process of technological adoption, and how legal professionals are being trained to use these new technologies. Through a qualitative approach, combining a literature review, case studies, and analysis of training programs, the study seeks to map the current AI landscape in the Brazilian legal system and project future trends. The expected results include identifying barriers to full AI adoption, assessing the current state of professional training, and proposing guidelines for public and institutional policies that promote the ethical, efficient, and inclusive integration of AI into the Brazilian legal system.
