The general aim of this dissertation is to identify the actions that schools are using to prevent early pregnancy, which is often unwanted by adolescent students in the Planaltina GO Municipal Public Schools. The specific objective is to analyze what actions municipal schools have taken to prevent early teenage pregnancy. To ascertain the most likely causes of teenage pregnancy. To identify the health consequences for pregnant teenagers. The methodology was qualitative, using a lecture on teenage pregnancy and a semi-structured interview with two teenagers. Data collection was carried out using a semi-structured interview with pre-defined questions, allowing further questions to be asked as the interview progressed in order to verify and analyze the data. The results showed that pregnant teenagers consider themselves to be financially unstable and immature enough to bring up a child. They suffer from society's prejudice and low self-esteem. They find it difficult to continue studying because of the symptoms they experience during pregnancy. They know the risks of not using condoms, but they don't use them and feel the need for a dialogical relationship with their parents.
