Objective: To analyze leprosy notifications in the urban agglomeration of Jundiaí, São Paulo, from January 2020 to August 2025, considering gender, age group, and method of entry and exit from the health system. Methods: Descriptive ecological epidemiological study based on notification forms from the Department of Information Technology of the Unified Health System (2020-2025). Results: Eighty-eight leprosy cases were reported in the urban agglomeration during this period. Men aged 30 to 69 were the most affected, with a predominance of white and mixed-race individuals. Conclusion: Although leprosy is present in several countries, the lack of knowledge among many health professionals regarding identification and diagnosis methods contributes to the stable incidence of cases, justifying the implementation of public health policies aimed at promoting timely detection, reducing transmission, minimizing the emergence of sequelae, and improving the prognosis of affected individuals.
