With the rapid growth of the elderly population in Brazil and around the world, the problem of inserting and maintaining elderly people in the job market has become a challenge. In this context, several public policies have been sought to reduce discrimination against elderly people in the workplace and the Brazilian Judiciary has acted as a protagonist in this protection.
