This study discusses the rare association between pheochromocytoma and unilateral renal artery stenosis, focusing on clinical, diagnostic, and therapeutic aspects in the context of secondary hypertension. The analysis, based on a literature review and illustrated by a clinical case, seeks to elucidate the pathophysiological mechanisms and propose evidence-based management strategies. The case described involves a 9-year-old pediatric patient with severe hypertension, headache, dizziness, and weight loss. Investigation revealed moderate stenosis of the right renal artery, confirmed by computed tomography angiography, and blood pressure control required three classes of antihypertensive drugs. The literature review demonstrated that, although rare, the association is clinically significant, especially in cases of refractory hypertension. We conclude that a multidisciplinary approach, integrating clinical, laboratory, and imaging data, is essential for effective diagnosis and treatment.
