The objective of this review is to discuss the most efficient non-pharmacological technological interventions for the treatment of pain in adult palliative cancer patients. A scoping review was carried out in accordance with the guidelines of the Joanna Briggs Institute methodological manual, which successively recommends the formulation of the research question, the structured search in bibliographic databases, the screening of records according to eligibility criteria, the standardized protection of data and the narrative description of the findings. The institutional experience with the adapted analgesic ladder demonstrates that the standardization of flows, the definition of measurable analgesic goals and the continuous training of the team are decisive for the homogeneity of care and for the early correction of therapeutic failures. The figure of these requires, as a next step, the integration of cost-effectiveness metrics, the strengthening of real-time monitoring platforms and the multicenter validation of protocols, to guarantee replicability in diverse care realities and permanent alignment with the evolution of scientific knowledge.
