This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of physiotherapy in treating postpartum urinary incontinence, identifying the main methods used and their impacts on functional rehabilitation. The methodology adopted consists of a literature review based on articles published between 2019 and 2025. The results demonstrate that physiotherapy significantly improves pelvic floor function, reducing urinary incontinence symptoms and providing better quality of life for patients. It is concluded that physiotherapy is an effective and essential approach in the treatment of postpartum urinary incontinence, being fundamental for its incorporation into women's health care protocols.
