EXECUTIVE PROTECTION OF FOOD: ANALYSIS OF THE VICISSITUDES OF THE EXECUTION AND COMPLIANCE OF FOOD SENTENCE IN THE NATIONAL LEGAL SYSTEM

Abstract

The present paper aims to analyze the alimony execution proceedings, arising from Family Law, which is closely connected with the Principle of the Human Dignity, joining salutary characteristics of its special procedure, though attachment/depossession and civil imprisonment, and by so doing, widen the possibilities of an enforcement proceedings that is truly guaranteeing and satisfactory to the beneficiary. This dissertation was done by the means of deductive inductive method through literature review of doctrines, journals and the national jurisprudence. Therefore, intends to explore the genesis of the right to alimony, the means to its collection and, therefore, outline the proper methods to the law enforced alimony obligations. In that perceptive, this present paper aims to emphasize, given the relevance of alimony to a life with dignity, the urgent necessity to correctly use the existing procedural methods, so the alimony is truly guaranteed for those in need, in the shorter period of time, with the most efficiency.
