This paper examines the role of digital technologies in the healthcare sector, focusing on the development and application of mobile apps and web platforms designed to improve hospital management, remote patient monitoring, and access to clinical services. The research was conducted through a documentary analysis of recent academic publications, emphasizing studies that proposed technological solutions applicable to both public and private healthcare systems. The results show that system usability, integration, and user experience are key elements for the successful adoption of these technologies. Additionally, there is a growing trend toward hybrid care, combining in-person and remote services. The technologies reviewed demonstrate potential to enhance service efficiency, reduce waiting times, and promote greater patient autonomy. Final considerations emphasize the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration in the development of health technologies and the need to listen to end-users to ensure usability and acceptance. The conclusion highlights that, for digital health solutions to have a real social impact, they must be secure, accessible, and adaptable to different contexts. This study contributes to the debate on digital health and outlines future directions for research and implementation.
