This article aims to analyze practices and approaches applied in the development of web systems, focusing on code reuse, digital accessibility, and specific functionalities tailored to diverse contexts. The methodology adopted was a qualitative bibliographic review, involving the analysis of recent academic works, including articles, dissertations, and technical books. The results showed that frameworks such as Django and Bootstrap favor modular and scalable development, promoting efficiency and reuse of components. On the other hand, accessibility remains a significant challenge in the Brazilian context, requiring greater awareness and training among developers. The study also identified specific applications of web systems in areas such as education, healthcare, commerce, tax management, and social inclusion, revealing their versatility and impact. Technologies such as SKOS, RESTful web services, and location-aware systems proved effective in various scenarios. It is concluded that the development of web systems requires a combination of technical knowledge, social awareness, and the adoption of best practices. Continuous investment in training and innovation is essential to ensure accessible, efficient, and socially relevant systems.
