Tuberculosis is a highly significant infectious disease in terms of public health, especially in developing countries such as Brazil. This study aims to analyze the epidemiological profile of tuberculosis among adults in the municipality of Cascavel, Paraná, between 2014 and 2023. This is a quantitative, descriptive, and documentary research study, based on secondary data retrieved from the DataSUS/SINAN system. A total of 750 confirmed cases in adults were identified, with the highest incidence observed in the age group between 20 and 59 years. The results highlight the predominance of the disease among individuals of economically active age group, thereby reinforcing the importance of implementing prevention strategies specifically aimed at this population group. The analysis of the data allows for a better understanding of the dynamics of the disease in the municipality and may support the development of public policies for the control and response of tuberculosis.
