This article explores the interdisciplinarity between mathematics and sustainability, taking as an example the project "Cupulate with Flavor of Mathematics", developed by the Escola Municipal Alegria de Saber, in the municipality of Rio Preto da Eva, Amazonas. The central objective is to highlight how mathematics can be integrated with environmental themes to promote teaching-learning in a practical, contextualized way and aligned with socio-environmental demands. The project highlights the production of cupulate, an alternative to chocolate made from cupuaçu seeds, and emphasizes the importance of fully valuing the fruit. The experience included quantitative analysis of the use of the fruit, experiments in family farming and presentation of the product at educational fairs, promoting environmental awareness and local income generation.
