MULTIPROFESSIONALISM IN ACTION: ANALYSIS OF THE FAMILY HEALTH TEAM'S PERCEPTIONS OF THE HYPERTENSION AND DIABETES PROGRAM - HYPERDIA

This study aims to analyze the perception of a Family Health Strategy team about the influence of multi-professional work in the HYPERDIA Program. The study is a descriptive field study with a quantitative approach, carried out in a city in the state of Paraíba, with 16 professionals from a USF. Data was collected using an adapted semi-structured questionnaire with sociodemographic questions and questions about multiprofessional work in the HIPERDIA program. This study showed a clear predominance of women over men, with more representation in the 31-50 age group. Among the professionals interviewed, 44% believe that the performance of the multi-professional team is excellent, 25% think it is good and 31% think it is regular, reflecting their performance in the HIPERDIA program. Regarding the collaboration of the multi-professional team in carrying out the HIPERDIA actions, 81.25% of the professionals assume that there is positive collaboration. The study showed that the multi-professional team is considered effective in the HIPERDIA program, highlighting cooperation between professionals as essential for better results and comprehensive care for users. This collaboration enriches care, promoting patients quality of life.
