This case study presents the rehabilitation process of a patient with peripheral facial paralysis (PFP), emphasizing low-level laser therapy (LLLT) as the primary therapeutic resource. The physiotherapeutic intervention combined the application of red laser (660 nm) and infrared laser (904 nm) with intraoral manipulation techniques, aiming at facial muscle symmetry and mimic recovery. Results showed progressive functional improvement, with a reduction in impairment level based on the House-Brackmann scale. The findings support the effectiveness of LLLT in neural regeneration and highlight the relevance of early intervention.
