This study addressed the role of educational managers in the context of e-learning, with the aim of analyzing the necessary skills and the challenges faced by managers in implementing this teaching modality. The central question of the research was: how can educational managers use e-learning tools to transform school management and promote quality teaching, aligned with the needs of digital education? The methodology used was bibliographic research, which allowed an in-depth analysis of the existing literature on digital educational management. In the development, the impact of e-learning on school management was discussed, highlighting the technical and leadership skills required of managers. The research revealed that managers must be able to integrate digital technologies into the school curriculum, make data-based decisions and lead the pedagogical team, creating a collaborative environment. The final considerations indicated that educational managers have a fundamental role in the digital transformation of schools, and it is necessary to combine technical skills with leadership skills. The study concluded that continuous training of managers is essential for the successful implementation of e-learning. However, it suggested the need for further studies to investigate management practices in specific contexts and the long-term impact of e-learning in education.
