Youth. Capitalism. Education.Abstract
This article aims to discuss issues relevant to the education of different types of youth. It is clear that contemporary social problems are largely related to the education provided in schools. After all, schools are a fundamental part of the social construction of young people and society in general. Thus, we seek to discuss the issues that mediate the construction of youth in a society marked by the sociocultural diversity that exists in the world, and also marked by the capitalist system. This work is organized according to the assumptions of qualitative research and follows the bibliographic review method. After analyzing documents, articles and books, their construction is mediated according to the relevance of such materials to the defined objectives. In the end, we conclude that overcoming a society marked by capitalist logic necessarily involves the transformation of schools.
