This article aims to analyze the efficiency of administrative management in a Brazil nut (Bertholletia excelsa) processing plant located in the municipality of Tefé-AM, in the Médio Solimões region. The Brazil nut is one of the most important non-timber forest products of the Amazon, playing a significant socioeconomic role and gaining increasing access to international markets. The company operates within a production chain characterized by seasonality, logistical challenges, and traditional practices. This qualitative, descriptive study adopts a case study approach, using document analysis and a structured questionnaire based on a Likert scale. The results indicate progress in process standardization and the use of technologies such as ERP and PCP systems, but also reveal weaknesses in stock management, logistics, staff training, strategic planning, and digital marketing. It is concluded that improving these areas can enhance organizational efficiency, add value to the product, and strengthen the company's role in the Brazil nut value chain, contributing to regional development and the advancement of sustainable models within the Amazon bioeconomy.
