This paper analyzes the impact of the project “Japim Mobi: connecting knowledge”, a public policy for digital inclusion implemented in municipal schools in Castanhal/PA, in response to the challenge of incorporating digital technologies into the educational process. The objective was to evaluate the implementation of the project in the school routine, verifying its effectiveness in student learning and the pedagogical and technological support offered to teachers. The research used semi-open questionnaires applied to 21 teachers and 356 students, and Thematic Analysis as a method to analyze the data qualitatively. The results indicated that the project promotes engagement and interactive learning, but faces limitations in infrastructure and frequency of use. It is concluded that, despite its contributions, Japim Mobi needs adjustments to fully achieve its initial objectives, highlighting the need for improvements in device maintenance, internet connectivity and ongoing teacher training.
