Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the limits and possibilities of the digital platform Plurall in the teaching and learning process within basic education in a public school in the state of Mato Grosso. Considering the advancement of information and communication technologies and the expansion of hybrid education, the research examined how the platform can contribute to transforming pedagogical practices. The methodology employed combined qualitative and quantitative approaches, using on-site observations and questionnaires addressed to teachers and students. Data analysis revealed that the platform expands the possibilities of interaction between teachers and students, supporting instructional organization, personalized learning, and performance monitoring. However, limitations were also identified, such as connectivity issues, users’ technical proficiency, and pedagogical integration of the available tools. It is concluded that, despite the challenges, Plurall proves to be a relevant tool for educational modernization, provided its use is embedded in coherent and contextualized pedagogical planning.
