The present study aimed to analyze the impacts of generational differences on communication, motivation, and integration of employees in the contemporary workplace, especially in the face of the challenges posed by digital transformation. To achieve this goal, an exploratory methodological approach was adopted, combining qualitative and quantitative techniques. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire applied to professionals from different generations. The main results revealed that generational divergences directly affect interpersonal relationships, with differences in values, communication styles, and adaptability to technology being the main sources of conflict. Generation Z and Millennials showed greater openness to innovation, flexibility, and knowledge sharing, while Baby Boomers prioritized stability and traditional leadership. It is concluded that effective management of generational diversity requires adaptive strategies, such as participative leadership and reverse mentoring programs, promoting a collaborative, integrative, and productive environment. Valuing the competencies of each generation can transform a challenge into a competitive advantage.
