Abstract

This article aims to show informal observations of everyday life and also bibliographical research by authors who discuss bullying and what it entails in child development. The article was developed with analysis on the present subject in child development, showing why all aggression due to bullying occurs, and what the role of the school and the family is in the face of these aggressive behaviors that children have when they go through the abusive process of the aforementioned theme, and also what would be the causes that lead the aggressor to behave in such a way in the school environment, as well as understanding the influences that generate aggressive behavior and how it alters development and learning. Through the analyses made in this article, it aims to show that it is possible to understand and clarify that bullying in the school environment can be transformed from the aggressive attitude of attacks on other children into companionship, solidarity, respect, friendship, understanding empathy for others by putting oneself in the other's shoes. The analyses show the need for this development of actions and prevention against the Bullying aggressor, thus ensuring that the family and educators are always very attentive to any type of sign of an aggressive action that involves the topic discussed in this article, since there is still no ready-made diagnostic method to determine the Bullyist, but we can always be alert to bullying attacks so that this does not happen; we need to take actions and preventative measures within the school that aim at good coexistence between children in their social environment.
