Abstract

This paper aims to explore the role of the teacher as a transformative agent and the promotion of respect for diversity. The analysis considers the perspective of the reflective teacher in fostering an education that values freedom and respect, always emphasizing human dignity and the formation of the individual as an emancipated subject through education. Throughout the study, the goal is to promote harmonious coexistence among human beings, transcending differences, in line with the principle that appreciation is a choice, but respect is an imperative.
