This research aimed to understand the profile of users who use the services of the multilevel library of the Instituto Federal do Acre - Campus Rio Branco. The qualitative and quantitative research of descriptive and exploratory nature, applied to internal and external users of the institution, used as a data collection instrument an electronic form made available via Google Forms, structured with 12 objective questions and 01 subjective so that the user could write suggestions for improving the services offered. Most users stated that they visit the library weekly at different times and that the material they seek in the library is generally available. They suggest expanding the dissemination of the services offered, the space and the collection, requesting a greater diversity of books for the adolescent public. Thus, the study in this multilevel library becomes important to understand the profile of the user and their information needs, guiding the improvement of the services regarding the acquisition of materials, expansion of the means of dissemination and user training.
