This study analyzes the application of socio-educational measures to adolescents involved in offenses related to Law No. 11,343/2006, which addresses drug-related crimes. The research aims to assess the effectiveness of these measures and propose a more humanized and intersectoral approach, aligned with the principles of the Statute of the Child and Adolescent (ECA). To achieve this, both inductive and deductive methodologies were employed, using quantitative and qualitative approaches in a descriptive research framework. The findings indicate that current practices are ineffective in promoting social reintegration, as evidenced by high recidivism rates and difficulties in reintegrating adolescents into society. The study emphasizes the need for integrated public policies in education, healthcare, social assistance, culture, and the strengthening of family ties. It advocates for an active role of the State in promoting family-oriented campaigns, providing psychological support, ensuring access to quality education, and offering professional training. The study concludes that a structural shift is necessary in how the justice system and society approach adolescents in conflict with the law, particularly those involved in drug trafficking. Recognizing these youths as rights-bearing individuals is essential for building a more just, inclusive, and prevention-focused future.
