A PLEA FOR MEMORY AND PERMANENCE. THE CASE OF RESIDENTS ON THE BR040 MARGINS

Abstract

Residents on the banks of the BR-040 at the time that links the municipality of Petrópolis (Rio de Janeiro) to the municipality of Juiz de Fora (Minas Gerais), receive subpoenas with eviction notices from CONCER, the agency that manages the highway, as they say. the concessionaire, they live in the highway's right-of-way areas.
