The general objective of this study is to analyze conflict management strategies and their influence on the organizational climate and team development. To achieve this goal, the following specific objectives were defined: (i) to identify the main factors that generate conflicts in the corporate environment; (ii) to investigate the impacts of conflicts on organizational dynamics and team performance; and (iii) to present effective strategies for preventing and resolving conflicts in organizations. Organizational conflicts are often caused by interpersonal differences, cultural clashes, competition for scarce resources, and failures in internal communication. When not properly managed, these conflicts can significantly compromise productivity and generate demotivation among employees. In this sense, effective conflict management is essential for building a collaborative and healthy work environment. According to Oliveira (2022), the adoption of structured strategies, such as mediation, assertive communication, and encouraging cooperation, constitutes a competitive advantage for organizations. The research, which was bibliographic in nature, was based on books, scientific articles and institutional reports that address conflict resolution models and practices in the corporate context. The results obtained indicate that conflict management is a central element in promoting organizational harmony and strengthening teams. It was found that, when well managed, conflicts can be transformed into opportunities for personal and professional growth. Continuous investment in training programs, encouraging open dialogue and implementing participatory management policies directly contribute to creating a more balanced and motivating organizational climate. It is therefore concluded that strategic conflict resolution not only minimizes tensions in the corporate environment, but also boosts employee performance and engagement.
