This study aims to analyze the impact of technology on the educational process based on the experiences of different participants, including teachers and students from different educational contexts. The research explores perceptions about the use of digital tools in remote and hybrid teaching, their advantages, challenges, and inequalities in access to technological infrastructure. To achieve this objective, a qualitative study was conducted, based on interviews with three individuals from different educational backgrounds. The analysis of the interviews focused on the conditions of access to technology, the methodologies adopted during the pandemic, and the role of technology in learning. The results indicated that, while technology offers flexibility and new teaching possibilities, it also highlighted inequalities in access, especially in contexts with a lack of infrastructure. It was found that, in order to maximize the potential of digital tools, continuous training of teachers and the implementation of public policies that guarantee universal access to technologies are essential.
