This article investigates bullying, racial prejudice, ageism, and disrespect in law school classrooms. The aim of the research is to analyze how these practices harm the academic environment and compromise the ethical training of future legal professionals. To achieve this goal, a qualitative methodology was adopted, with a bibliographic survey and analysis of relevant studies on the themes of prejudice and exclusion in higher education. The research also includes a critical reflection on the inconsistency between the principles taught in the law school and the discriminatory attitudes observed in the classroom. The results indicate that, although the course is based on ethical training and justice, bullying and prejudice are recurrent, hindering the learning and development of students. Finally, the conclusion warns of the need for changes in pedagogical and institutional approaches in order to combat these practices and ensure a truly inclusive and respectful education.
