Abstract

The street situation is presented as a risk condition for persons not domiciled. Present throughout Brazil, people in this situation symbolically surpass the current experiences of society and become a cause of discrimination through the most varied stigmas. The street condition ends up causing feelings of "non-belonging" to society, as well as suffering before countless faces of violence and prejudices. With the advent of social psychology, it is necessary to practice research and studies in the sociological and community spheres, considering the influence that the social environment has under the legitimation of individual and collective constructs, where each one carries out an action under the another and vice versa.
