This article sought to analyze the integration between school management, pedagogical coordination, and curriculum in Brazilian schools, with an emphasis on how this articulation can overcome structural and financial difficulties, promoting quality and inclusive education. The methodology used consisted of a qualitative approach, based on a bibliographic review of academic materials, such as books, articles, and dissertations, that address the interrelationship of these components in the contemporary educational context. The main results indicated that effective integration between management, pedagogical coordination, and curriculum is crucial to face the challenges of Brazilian schools. The importance of ongoing training of educators, participatory management, and customization of the curriculum to local demands were highlighted. The study showed that innovative practices, such as the use of educational technologies and curricular flexibility, have the potential to mitigate the limitations imposed by the scarcity of resources. It was concluded that collaboration between management, pedagogical coordination, and curriculum is essential to improve the educational process in contexts marked by inequalities. The study contributes to the debate on educational policies and practices that promote more inclusive, equitable education adapted to Brazilian school realities.
