This article analyzes the transformations in the Judiciary, driven by the modernization of systems and the incorporation of new technologies, aiming to investigate the impacts of these innovations on the functioning of the Judiciary. The research, conducted through the analysis of recent publications, highlights that the digitalization and automation of processes have contributed to optimizing the work of legal professionals and providing greater accessibility to the public, reducing bureaucracy and making the processing more efficient. The results indicate that modernization has generated significant benefits, such as the reduction of processing time, improvement in document management, and increased agility in judicial decisions. However, challenges also arise, such as the need for continuous professional training and the risk of operational failures that may compromise the equity and impartiality of decisions. The research concludes that the adoption of these new technologies must be carried out in a careful and responsible manner, ensuring that technological efficiency is accompanied by strict respect for the fundamental principles of justice, strengthening transparency and legal security in the judicial system.
