PMPR has been providing services to Paraná society for over 170 years. From the beginning of the Corporation to the present day, the teaching and training of members has gone through several phases and setbacks, always aiming to optimize processes combined with the personnel needs of the time. This study seeks to analyze the training of PMPR Soldiers by comparing the quality of teaching in Formal Education Establishments with that carried out in Education Centers. In order to support the analyzes contained in this article, an open questionnaire was prepared aimed at 7 (seven) military police officers, including Commanders of EsFAEPs and Coordinators of the Military Training Courses (CFP), carried out in the years 2022 and 2023, after a public competition opened by the State of Paraná in 2022, where open questions were prepared with the purpose of obtaining data from the participation of those who were actually involved with the training of new soldiers, with the aim of making this article as reliable as possible.
