This study investigated the challenges and possibilities in the use of digital technologies in Youth and Adult Education (EJA), with the aim of analyzing how these tools could promote inclusive and transformative education. The research was carried out through a literature review, addressing the main concepts related to EJA, digital technologies and educational inclusion. Several academic sources, including books, articles and dissertations, were analyzed to identify the barriers and benefits of implementing technologies in the context of EJA. The results revealed that, although digital technologies have great potential to improve academic performance and student inclusion, there are still significant challenges, such as the lack of infrastructure, teacher resistance and the lack of continuous training. In addition, digital technologies have proven to be effective in personalizing teaching, allowing students to learn at their own pace, and in developing digital skills. The final considerations indicated that, in order to take advantage of the benefits of digital technologies in EJA, it is necessary to overcome structural challenges and invest in the continuous training of educators. The research highlighted the importance of implementing public policies to guarantee access to technology and teacher training, in addition to the need for new studies to complement the findings and explore pedagogical practices in the use of technologies in EJA.
