This study addressed current educational trends and the impact of Business Intelligence(BI) and Learning Analytics tools on the teacher's role. The central problem of the research was to understand how these technologies influence pedagogical practices and transform educators' roles. The main objective was to analyze the implications of these tools on teaching, highlighting the new role of the teacher as a mediator and data analyst. The adopted methodology was a bibliographic research, reviewing relevant studies on the topic. The development of the study focused on the use of BI and Learning Analytics, emphasizing the personalization of teaching, adaptation of pedagogical methodologies, and the need for continuous teacher training. The final considerations highlighted that, for effective integration of these tools, a solid teacher training is essential, with a focus on technological skills. Additionally, challenges such as resistance to change and inadequate preparation were identified. The study contributed to understanding the transformations in the educator's role, pointing out the need for further research to deepen the analysis of these tools' effects in different educational contexts.
