The transition from the traditional era to the technological era involves a sequence of significant changes in different aspects. Technology was absent in the early days, unlike the technological era, which is marked by the advent of the internet and electronic devices. The transition between these two eras shows evolutions in the way of living, working, communicating and learning through the boost of technology. Therefore, this study aims at the need to explore this path from traditional education to the education we have today, which is endowed with technology. In addition to analyzing the positive and negative impacts that the COVID-19 pandemic has had on the educational system.
