THE ADVANTAGES OF INTEGRATING ADMINISTRATIVE WITH ACCOUNTING AND FINANCIAL

The integration between areas to achieve a common objective is very advantageous, administration, accounting and finance have their dependencies and are interconnected. The objective of this work is to demonstrate how the integration of the administration team with the accounting and finance teams within an organization is advantageous. Through these advantages we can say whether integration is viable or not, whether it is beneficial or not. So, can we guarantee good performances from these teams? The methodology was developed through bibliographic analysis, in this way methodological steps were developed so that the result and conclusion reached the objective. The result is that this integration between administration, accounting and finance is very advantageous, it is viable and beneficial, thus achieving good performance in this sense. The conclusion is that this integration is very good for the company, but this will depend on the People Management sector that plays a fundamental role for the company, which is to choose its main resource, which are the professionals of this company.
