Abstract

This paper discusses the role of the pedagogical coordinator in the daily school routine in the face of the challenges imposed by the Covid-19 pandemic that has unfortunately persisted in our lives. The importance and relevance of this study at the university, as well as within the basic education school, where this professional exercises leadership, certainly proves to be punctual in the organization and unfolding of the coordinator's duties, since the coronavirus pandemic has brought new challenges to school management and required educational institutions to make changes in order to adapt. For this reason, this study aims to identify aspects in relation to their role, in relation to their theoretical-methodological commitment, to the establishment of an organizational climate conducive to the development of pedagogical work that respects the different voices that are presented in the school environment in times of pandemic. Through an exploratory literature review in the Lilacs and Sacie-lo electronic databases, some recurring points were selected for discussion of the object of study, which allowed us to conclude that pedagogical practice is built by the contribution of all social actors, whose facilitating subject can be materialized, among others, in the figure of the pedagogical coordinator. Yes, the results point to the importance of family participation in the school life of their children, as well as the role of the pedagogical coordinator in articulating the school-family partnership, identified as a necessary work in the school in view of the new reality.
