Abstract

His study deals with the importance of curricularizing subjects within the architecture and urban planning course as a means of benefiting society through extension activities. The work reports the experience proposed and carried out by the Landscaping Project class of the Architecture and Urban Planning course at Centro Universitário Santa Maria – PB. Therefore, this research is qualitative, and in terms of procedure, it is exploratory and descriptive research, which is relevant for discussions regarding the role of institutions, in relation to the community in which it is inserted.
