This article aims to reflect on the main challenges faced by educators during the pandemic, and how technology has been and continues to be an ally and, at the same time, a challenge in a completely atypical scenario, in which the impacts that the COVID-19 pandemic has brought to various areas of society, and in education, have been even more challenging. With Ordinance 343, the Ministry of Education suspended in-person classes, due to the need for social distancing measures, educational institutions had to quickly adapt to the new reality and ensure the continuity of the educational process. This study included the participation of 2 teachers of different ages who work in different areas.
