This work was based on a bibliographical research that sought to direct its study towards the contribution of hybrid teaching and the use of digital technologies, highlighting its immediate importance in the training of teachers, providing new aspects regarding teaching-learning that targets the student. The study aims to analyze post-pandemic hybrid teaching, presenting its consequences, using as references, mainly, literature related to the years 2020 and 2023. This teaching method combines the teacher's background with new technological teaching-learning tools, providing comprehensiveness in the methodological and didactic path. The article designed its studies in databases that include the Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO), the Regional Library of Medicine (BIREME) and the Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations (BDTD). The study in question shows that new paths were immediately proposed, in the professional field of the teacher and in the life of the student who had the presence of the family included in their academic life. Technology, with its approach, allowed relaxed, participatory, efficient and effective content.
