Abstract

This article aims to contribute to demonstrating and reflecting on the importance of university professor training. Its general objective is to demonstrate throughout the research the importance of good training so that teaching can be carried out in a more qualitative way, as well as how they can assist in the training of university students. Theoretically based on ideas and research by authors who are researchers and experts in the subject, as well as on published and recognized scientific articles.
