This study investigated the use of digital tools in school management, aiming to analyze how these technologies contribute to improving educational management by addressing challenges and leveraging opportunities. The research was bibliographic in nature and employed a qualitative approach, analyzing secondary sources such as books, articles, and dissertations that discussed the impact of digital tools on school administration. The findings indicated that digital tools enhance transparency, administrative efficiency, and communication between schools, students, and parents. Additionally, digital technologies enabled personalized learning and continuous monitoring of student performance. However, challenges such as barriers to technology access, structural and financial limitations in schools, and cultural resistance from managers and educators were identified. The analysis revealed that successful implementation of digital tools requires overcoming these obstacles through continuous training for school managers and investments in technological infrastructure. The concluding remarks highlighted that, despite progress, full adoption of digital technologies still faces significant challenges and requires empirical studies to validate the findings and provide deeper insights into the practical application of these technologies in school management. This research contributes to understanding the impacts of digital tools on school management and suggests further studies to complement its findings.
