Abstract

The transformation of education in the 21st century requires the development of individuals prepared to navigate a rapidly changing world, where technical skills are integrated with socio-emotional competencies. This article explores innovative educational practices and methodologies, such as active learning methods, interdisciplinarity, and the use of digital technologies, examining the impact of these approaches on essential skills development, including creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration. Additionally, it addresses the importance of flexible curricula and the evolving role of educators as learning facilitators. Through a comprehensive analysis, the article discusses both the opportunities and challenges that educational innovation presents for the holistic development of students, offering reflections on implications for teachers and institutions.
