The main objective is to investigate strategies and challenges in promoting equitable and inclusive education that effectively combats structural racism in the educational system. The analysis covers national and international legal frameworks, as well as public policies aimed at anti-racist education. The implications of these measures on teacher training, curriculum development, and the creation of inclusive school environments are discussed. The study also examines the role of the school community, including students, educators, and families, in building an anti-racist culture. The results indicate the need for a holistic and multidisciplinary approach that integrates legal, pedagogical, and sociocultural aspects to promote effective and lasting change. It concludes that the successful implementation of anti-racist education requires ongoing commitment, adequate resources, and a profound transformation in educational and social structures.
