Abstract

From the 1934 Constitution, the Union points out the need to create norms for the entire population through an organization of Brazilian education in the configuration of a system according to guidelines and common bases. This articulation is then called the National Education System. This is an integrative literature review, thus, in view of the methodological path, the research was carried out through the scientific databases Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO) and Google Scholar. In the first base, the research took place using the descriptors "organization" and "national education" operationalized through the crossing of descriptors, articulated through the Boolean operator "AND". While in the second, he searched through the term "organization of national education". Studies published between 2008 and 2023 were selected as inclusion criteria, in order to portray the production of the last 15 years, Brazilian and written in Portuguese
