RURAL EDUCATION: CHALLENGES OF TEACHING PRACTICE IN CONTEMPORANEITY

This article aims to investigate the challenges of the teaching practice of rural teachers in the municipality of Cabo de Santo Agostinho. Therefore, the work investigated the challenges faced by teachers, in the practice of their pedagogical activities. Aiming at which strategies the teacher uses to ensure meaningful teaching takes place in Rural Education. This research is qualitative in nature, carried out in a rural school with two teachers called P1 and P2 in a school in the municipality of Cabo. This work is based on Arroyo (2008, p.85), LDB 9394/96 among others, the result of this research was confirmed in accordance with the hypothesis, since the interviewees agree with the physical conditions of rural schools. This research emerged from an interview at the municipal school of Cabo de Santo Agostinho, seeking to analyze the practice of schools and teachers in the rural area. Having as a principle a bibliographical review reading to strengthen qualitative and field research in the school premises.
