Abstract

Social security plays a crucial role in the social inclusion of rural workers, providing economic security and access to essential benefits. This study analyzes the Brazilian social security system, highlighting its importance for the protection of rural workers, especially in relation to retirement, pensions and benefits. The research explores the relevant legislation and the challenges faced in implementing social security rights in the rural sector, considering aspects such as informality and precarious work. It is concluded that expanding access to social security is fundamental to promoting the dignity and social inclusion of rural workers, contributing to the sustainable development of rural communities.
